SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
Appointments can be made by either calling the Salon, scheduling online through our Website or via the PocketSalon App. All Salon and Spa appointments requiring longer than 3 hours will necessitate a $20 hold via major credit card. (Examples include Spa Parties and Packages, Wedding Parties, Specialty Salon Services, multiple services in a day, etc). The $20 hold will be credited to your bill on the date of service. Guests that have repeated “no call, no shows” will be required to provide a credit card to schedule any future appointments.
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind we may have to reschedule your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice for Salon and Spa Service, 72 hour notice for Spa Parties, Spa Packages and Wedding Parties. If you need to cancel or change an appointment we completely understand, life happens. If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please give the courtesy of allowing someone else to book in that spot We reserve the right upon not giving proper notice or “no call no showing” an appointment to charge 50% of the service.
CHILDREN
We are dedicated to rejuvenation and peace. We kindly ask that children do not accompany you to your Salon or Spa visit unless they are scheduled for a service also. Any child in the Salon or Spa MUST remain under parental/guardian supervision at all times!
PERSONAL ITEMS
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your service.
We are happy to accept your return within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to receive a full refund. If no receipt, a store credit will be issued.
